Yes, Caesars Sportsbook is legal in North Carolina. Online sports betting in North Carolina launched on March 11, 2024, and Caesars joined BetMGM, bet365, DraftKings, Underdog, FanDuel, ESPN Bet, and Fanatics as the first to roll out in NC. House Bill 347 allows for up to 12 online sports betting licenses in North Carolina, so there could be a few others to join the fray.
There are also eight retail licenses available, though there is no timeline yet for in-person sports betting expansion. Caesars already has in-person operations at Harrah's Cherokee Casino Resort and Harrah's Cherokee Valley River Casino & Hotel.
